The woman on the cell phone in the silver Hyundai van who didn’t notice the flashing police car lights, the 30k limit in the school zone, dozens of little kids getting out of school and that I had slowed down in front of her. Way to go dozer brain, you are officially too stupid to walk and chew gum, let alone drive any kind of motorized vehicle.
First prize goes to the bozo getting breathalysed in a school zone at 3 pm on a weekday. Long lunch buddy?
